Natterer See really is ideally placed for discovering the mountains of the Tirol on foot, by car or cable-car. Many walking tracks lead directly from the parc and take you from one stunning panorama to another. The owners have gone to great lengths to make it as interesting as possible and everyone is made to feel at home in their immaculately kept parc. Its stunning centrepiece is a lovely mountain lake overlooked by the excellent restaurant and terrace. This is ideal for swimming and features a section reserved for children as well as a popular waterslide and water trampoline. Beyond the parc, the alpine capital city of Innsbruck offers a dynamic mix of culture and history not to be missed.

Tyrolean Regional Museum
The Tyrolean Regional Heritage Museum in Innsbruck is considered to be the finest heritage museum in Europe. Founded in 1888 it is devoted to the historical region of Tyrol. One of the museum's main attractions is a collection of rooms furnished in Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles. The Hofkirche (next door) is the most important monument in the Tyrol. It houses the tomb of Emperor Maximilian I.
