With sandy beaches on either side, it’s no wonder that La Baie is such a popular destination with families and sun-worshippers. Run by enthusiastic owners, the parc offers a wide range of organised children’s activities, sports tournaments, bicycle tours and walks. It also features a lovely pool with some shade and a great waterslide. Its greatest attraction though is the choice of two safe sandy beaches, both just a short, safe stroll away. There is also an excellent bar, restaurant, and crêperie, from which you can watch the children playing on the beach, or look out further to the bright sails of the windsurfers beyond. See it just once and you’ll understand why Brittany’s soft, sandy beaches are such a popular destination for families. | |

Getting There Fly drive is a convenient option for Brittany with regional airports at Brest, Dinard, Rennes and Nantes. Alternatively there are ferries that go from Portsmouth, Poole and Plymouth. |
